Cholinergic Receptor Muscarinic 1 Stable Expressing U2OS Cell Line

Description Cholinergic receptor, muscarinic 1 (CHRM1) stable expressing U2OS Cell Line is one of Innoprot HiTSeeker cell lines. HiTSeeker are cell lines stably expressing label-free GPCRs, also known as seven-(pass)-transmembrane domain receptors. HiTSeeker Cell lines proliferate in vitro and maintain GPCR expression following the cell culture manual. Each vial of HiTSeeker Muscarinic Acetylcholine Receptor M1 Cell Line contains U2OS cells stably expressing CHRM1 with no tag. HiTSeeker CHRM1 Cell Line allows to assay compounds, or analyze their capability to modulate CHRM1. When a ligand binds to the CHRM1, it activates a G protein, which in turn, triggers a cellular response mediated by calcium. HiTSeeker CHRM1 cell line measures calcium concentration changes in the cytosol upon activation with oxotremorine. The high reproducibility of this assay allows monitoring CHRM1 receptor activation process in High Throughput Screening.
