FSH Receptor Cell Line

Description FSH Recetpor Cell Line contains HEK293 cells stably expressing human Follicle Stimulating Hormone Receptor with no tag. HiTSeeker Cell lines proliferate in vitro maintaining GPCR expression following the cell culture manual. The FSH Receptor Cell Line allows to assay compounds, or analyze their capability to modulate FSHR. When a ligand binds to the FSHR, it activates a G protein, which in turn, triggers a cellular response mediated by second messengers (cAMP). HiTSeeker FSHR cell line has been validated measuring cAMP concentration changes in the cytosol upon activation with rhFSH. The high reproducibility of this assay allows monitoring FSH receptor activation process in High Throughput Screening.
