Histamine H1 Receptor Cell Line

Description Histamine H1 Receptor Cell Line contains U2OS cells stably expressing H1 Receptor with no tag. HiTSeeker Cell lines proliferate in vitro maintaining GPCR expression following the cell culture manual. The Cell Line allows to assay compounds, or analyze their capability to modulate H1 receptor. When a ligand binds to the BB2 receptor, it activates a G protein, which in turn, triggers a cellular response mediated by calcium. HiTSeeker H1 Receptor cell line has been validated measuring calcium concentration changes in the cytosol upon activation with Histamine. The high reproducibility of this assay allows monitoring H1 Receptor activation process in High Throughput Screening.
