Our Publishing Philosophy

Develop Titles in Mass Spectrometry- One of the major objectives of Chem-Space Associates when founded in 1995 was to develop a "specialty publishing" business in our field of expertise. We published our first book in 1998 (A Global View of LC/MS) and have published a number of leading titles in the field.

Conduct Market Research- We invest significant time and research in the evaluation of publishing market needs in mass spectrometry. We prefer to publish practical guides (how-to books) because of the utility and value to problem-solvers in our industry.

Publish Affordable and Practical Books- We make an effort to keep our overhead and production expenses at a minimum in order to provide fair value to the market; particularly students and technicians.
