Overview of Aperture Arrays
Chem-Space has invented and is
currently developing a revolutionary replacement to inefficient
conductance tubes and apertures called Ion Selective Aperture Arrays (ISAA)
for a variety of standard and custom applications.

| 37 Hole Array | Low throughput laminated array samples less than 1 Liter/min into vacuum and samples an entrance cross-section of 600um circular diameter. |
| 61 Hole Array | Medium throughput laminated array samples less than 2 Liter/min into vacuum and samples an entrance cross-section of 800 um circular diameter. |
| 127 Hole Array | High throughput laminated array samples less than 4 Liter/min into vacuum and samples an entrance cross-section of 1.2 mm. |
| Custom Arrays |
Any entrance pattern can be designed and fabricated to meet custom applications in terms of matching optics with a specific conductance pattern and hole diameters and laminate tube length can be adjusted to meet gas load and sample transmission requirements. |
