Chem-Space Associates, Incorporated, is currently 100% owned by the founders and their families. We have managed to endure our startup period with no outside investment; however, we have valued a number of strategic technology development partners. We are currently seeking to secure additional private and/or strategic investment to provide working capital required for growth and product development. We are currently focusing our business on bringing a number of our patented technologies to market; including, ion selective aperture arrays, micro-optics for mass spectrometry, and high transmission optics.
